We’re looking for a new psychologist!
We are a young, dynamic practice with a beautiful, welcoming space located in the centre of Sydney’s CBD.
We are passionate about helping our clients thrive while fostering a supportive and flexible environment for our team. We strongly value having a good work/life balance, and believe that focusing referrals on your preferred presentations promotes job satisfaction and longevity in the profession.
Our work predominantly focuses on treating OCD and related disorders, eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout, and most of our referral base tends to be either high-functioning young professionals or older adults.
We offer face-to-face appointments, telehealth via Zoom, and for those interested, some of our psychologists offer home visits to older adults who have difficulty accessing therapy through other means (although this is completely optional for you!)
The Job:
We’re looking for a highly motivated, warm, friendly Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Psychology Registrar to join our practice as a contractor. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary and choose whether to work face-to-face, via telehealth, or a combination of both. We’re big believers in finding a work/life balance that suits you and in referring clients that match your preferred areas of interest. We believe this approach is key to long-term satisfaction and success in this field.
A bit about us:
We encourage autonomy and flexibility in managing your schedule
We have a steady stream of clients tailored to your preferred presentations
We offer flexible working conditions (work from the office, work from home, get out and about on some home visits, whatever suits you!)
Regular supervision with a board-approved supervisor (incl. for completion of the registrar program)
Fair remuneration for your services, with opportunities to increase
A supportive, collaborative environment where your wellbeing is prioritised
A bit about you:
You’re a qualified Clinical Psychologist (or Clinical Psychology Registrar) with AHPRA registration
You enjoy working with the types of presentations our practice focuses on, or are open to learning about these presentations (we are happy to teach you if you are motivated to learn!)
You value having control over your work and schedule, and enjoy working independently
You’re confident offering face-to-face therapy and telehealth
You’re warm, approachable, hard-working, and comfortable building rapport with clients
You’re looking for a role that allows you to grow in a supportive and flexible practice
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing practice where your professional development and wellbeing are genuinely prioritised. If you’re ready to shape your own work environment while being supported by a collaborative team, we’d love to hear from you!
