Bio
I’ve worked with many people, of many ages, from many different walks of life. It is incredibly humbling to hear the stories of my clients, an absolute honour to be able to share in their experience, and wonderfully inspiring to help build their resilience.
A little bit about me: I like to make sure I have a good relationship with all of my clients, that’s really important to me. I use up-to-date research to inform my treatments, and often a little bit of humour, to make sure the people I see get the most out of their therapy. I’ve worked clinically in hospitals, universities, and various private practice settings, and lectured at universities. I take a warm and authentic approach to therapy, and work hard to tailor my approach to the individual needs and goals of each client.

Supervision
I am a board-approved supervisor for Clinical Psychologists, Clinical Psychology Registrars, Psychologists and Provisional Psychologists.
I really enjoy supervising and view it as an opportunity to collaborate, share ideas, debrief, talk through issues, provide guidance where needed, and more often than not, provide reassurance.
